"My family have stayed here in the past three summers. We absolutely love it. The staff are wonderful very accomodating. The rooms and surrounding area are kept in pristine condition. Rooms are large and comfortable. We have stayed in the standard rooms and the kitchen rooms. Both were excellent. Right on the beach....close to the boardwalk but far enough to keep from the maddening crowds for a peaceful relaxing stay. Very family friendly. My grandson wants to live here! Our teenage son said he could make this his home too. The pool is never crowded...as it is so large its impossible! We intend to return again and again. kudos to the wonderful staff."

"we used to stay in akutiki every time we went to daytona that is every year or so for at least 5 years than my father died 4 years ago my mom and i cameback this year with my sister and her family and we renewed with the place you did a lot of renovations fresh paint new carpet etc. but you kept the same spirit with the emploiee that is respect able to answer you with smile courtesy we felt at home lots of good memories came back to us then we all enjoy our stay and left your place sad but with promesses to cameback in 2 years for a longer stay thank you!!!"
